| Bakery Commis Guarantees the quality and process of manufacturing of the brand’s bread range linked to his/her post pursuant to the “Products bible” and by abiding to the Quality freshness cleanliness Service (Q.F.C.S.). • Contributes in stocking his/her bakery with foodstuffs during his/her shift and has the capacity of receiving delivered goods and stock. • Helps in preparing, cooking, and decorating the precooked, raw, elaborated, frozen and shaped breads for the clients in conformity with the “Products bible”. • Takes the initiative by adopting prompt actions guaranteeing the good functioning of the bakery, in conformity to the norms of the company.
