Pastry Commis Responsible for pastry preparation as per the standard of Paul Brand, Service and Sale (W.S.S.) defined by the company and by abiding to the Quality freshness cleanliness Service (Q.F.C.S.). Participates in the closing and opening of the pastry and guarantees the respect of the norms and internal standards expected from his/her role. Responsible in preparing, cooking, and decorating the precooked, raw, elaborated, frozen pastry product for the clients in conformity with the “Products bible”. . Contributes in stocking his/her kitchen / pastry with foodstuffs during his/her shift and has the capacity of receiving delivered goods and stock. Contributes to the permanent maintenance of the materials and installations (trough, slicer, common areas…) and guarantees the degreasing, cleaning, and storing of his/her materials and the pastry/kitchen store during his/her shift. Participates to the security of the products within his/her unit in conformity with the F.Q.C.S.
