Compensation and Benefits Reward Consultant Compensation&Benefits Reward Consultant We have been retained by a Global Consulting Firm who is an established adviser in Dubai. They have an excellent client list and the reward practice is growing. Part of a Global Consulting business, they are well-known and respected and they have an international network in 50 countries around the world. In Dubai they have an established team and they are seeking to hire an additional consultant with 5 years remuneration expertise. Ideally your background would have been in consulting but if you have been in a line role that would also be of interest. The ability to manage major client projects will be a great interest. This is not a selling job, but a genuine consulting and advisory role.
