VAM SYSTEMS are currently looking for Call Center Support Engineer for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skills:

Thorough understanding on call flow through toll free numbers, VDN, Vector, ACD & Hunt Group configuration Avaya IR platform (version2.0) – Administration & scripting Computer Telephony Integration: Avaya Interaction center / IC Manager experience: AIC 7.0
Telephony: Avaya PBX server's s8700, s8720 series Avaya CMS [Call management servers] hands on exp: Release 13.0 or above Witness voice recording Unix environment

Knowledge of VOIP telephony

Additional Desirable Skills, if any:

Knowledge of C programming
VXML
Java programming

Experience: min 4-5 yrs as Call Center Technical Support

Domain: Banking
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 4weeks)
The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading banks in UAE
