| Managing Director – Cement Industry Industry Sectors Building & Decoration, Manufacturing Company Description Our client who is one of West Africa's largest business conglomerates with well consolidated business lines, robust infrastructure and valuable human resources. The company controlling entity of a number of leading businesses in trading, industrial, automotive and services sectors of the regional economy. Job Description Your key responsibilities will include: according to the Group's guidelines, namely for safety and environmental protection, planning, controlling, auditing, reporting and communication as well as co-ordinating all the main activities of the subsidiary companies. Represent in contacts with key Authorities and stake holders, as well as with the Group's global internal structure reporting directly to the Board. Leading involvement in all strategical planning including on mergers and acquisitions. Skills & Qualifications To be successful, you should be very familiar with the management of cement industries in GCC and have a in depth understanding of local laws and regulations. A minimum of ten years professional experience at similar level alongside a degree in engineering or business administration (ideally an MBA) from one of the leading universities. | |
