| LIQUIDS SUPPLY & LOGISTICS OFFICER – For UAE National LIQUIDS SUPPLY & LOGISTICS OFFICER – For UAE National For one of our largest clients, Huntress International, global leader in the recruitment market is urgently looking for UAE NATIONAL – LIQUIDS SUPPLY & LOGISTICS OFFICER to be based in U.A.E. Primary Purpose: • Organises the logistics of the company through proper planning and programming for throughput level, operating modes and liquid availability. Makes necessary preparations to establish programming and scheduling for the supply of liquids. Follows up the implementation and operational aspects of supply scheduling and programming through constant contacts, computerised reporting and documentation systems. Duties and Responsibilities: • Receives the long term and short term Production Forecast from Operations; review, discuss and finalize for the agreed time schedule. • Establishes and participates in the preparation of related planning, programming and scheduling based on available production and customers nominations for the supply of Liquids. • Keep constant contact with Operations to gather information on the daily operational activities and collect details of daily production. • Liaises with Departments for their short term and long term consumption plan to incorporate in Scheduling. • Participates in the development of off-take systems and procedures in liaison with upstream. • Participates in discussions of company Master Plan for operational matters. • Prepares and compiles various statements, on daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, covering products lifting status, products estimated sales and management summary reports. • Receive Vessel Nominations and Documentary Instruction from Operations and verify correctness. • Receive copies of shipping documents and maintains records • Verify the demurrage claims against vessel’s time sheet and check its correctness. • Participates in Monthly Plan meetings to coordinate and follows up operational and logistic matters with Operation and upstream and performs other related duties as required by the Supervisor. Minimum Knowledge and Experience: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economics or equivalent. Experience: • 5 years marketing experience in specifically in marketing coordination would be an added advantage. Skills and Competencies: • Knowledge or marketing • Good communication skills • Attention to detail, ability to analyze and interpret information • Time management skills, strong organizational skills • Self motivated, ability to work within deadlines and high pressure • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks • Exhibits initiative, positive attitude • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint I wish to tell you more about the package/role/client.
