| Legal Director Job description Provide legal counsel to the Management, Businesses and Groups of Company. Supporting Growth General commercial counseling Legal opinions Risk analysis Finding solutions Business process Transaction counseling and drafting Legal opinions Risk analysis Finding solutions Drafting Negotiating Compliance (Regulatory and Business Conduct) Business Conduct Regulatory (Competition, HR, Privacy) Support regulatory staff organizations Support development of business process Support Government Affairs Mergers & Acquisitions IPO’s. Dispute Resolution Defend Company’s interests Manage litigation Corporate Governance Registrations Documentation Mergers & Acquisitions. Qualifications Ø Strong analytical and communication skills Ø Ability to work with senior management of Organisation. Ø Ability to provide responsive, business-oriented solutions Ø Uncompromising ethical character Ø 10-12 years appropriate experience, in a law firm or an international company in the Region. Ø Legal degree. An LLM or equivalent is desirable. | |
