| Sales Team Leader Manage customer relationships. Lead and supervise branch retail team to achieve target sales figures on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis in line with agreed budget to enhance volume of retail lending and branch sales. Knowledge of retail banking products and services and UAE Banking Laws. College Level Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business related field. 3-5 years experience in the banking sector in the GCC, 2+ years direct sales experience. Some supervisory experience as Team Leader preferred. | |
