ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – U.A.E

Our client, a multinational company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Administrative Officer. You will be responsible for all administration officer and support task for the Operations Department. Provides professional, efficient and cost-effective office management.

Responsibilities:
• Manages meeting schedules, travel arrangement, visa and company database
• Undertakes typing of a variety of materials such as memorandum, reports and circulars
• Monitor, maintain and update filing system of the department
• Attend telephone calls and answers general queries as necessary and appropriate. Receives and determines purpose of visitors
• Performs all confidential work assigned ensuring confidential & official information in not divulged to anyone other than specified

Essentials
• 3 years proven Administrative or Secretary work in large organization for senior level management
• Secretarial diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Proficient in MS office like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail and Internet
• Good level of typing speed (Min 50 wpm) and shorthand skills
