| Document Controller/Secretary/QA/QC Inspector • Designed the Emaar Repository database for Turner/Emaar library. • Organized the EMAAR Library for easy access of final documents and as-built drawings of Dubai Mall project. • Checking subcontractors as-built and document submissions. • Receiving and Compiling of Manufacturer’s Literature. • Maintain an auditable record of Technical Documentation and Project specific correspondences. • Inputs necessary data to be needed in the preparation of various reports. • Transmit urgent / critical documents on the priority target dates. • Ensure Documentation complies with an acceptable standard of quality and format. • Transmit comments to Sub-Contractor within the contractual Review Cycle. • File and maintain the latest revision status of Documents/Drawings in Master File. • Maintain a current and superseded set of project hard copy deliverables and Electronic Register of such. • Properly archive superseded documentation upon Project Completion. • Maintain file of project specific company codes and standard and industry standards. • Arrange copies of documentation from external sources, for project use, as required. | |
