| ITIL QA We are currently looking for Position : Quality Analyst (ITIL) Exp : 4 to 6 years of exp. Job Location : Dubai Experience required: Quality analyst who has worked with IT methodologies; implementation of quality control procedures & quality measurement standards across IT life cycle; development of testing plans; writing technical reports; ITIL certification Experience in change management and incident management. Excellent communication skills; report writing and group facilitation; presentation and public speaking, excellent skills in high-end configured computer.
