| Service Engineer About us - We are a fast growing HR consultancy company working with some of the largest companies in the UAE. About the prospective employer - Established since 1981 in the U.A.E., with ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and OHSA18001 certifications, this company is a leading manufacturer/supplier of cold merchandizing equipment (Visi-coolers, bottle/chest coolers, display chillers, ice cream conservators and water coolers).Their markets are in United Arab Emirates, whole Near/ Middle East, Africa and sub-continent markets. The job profile is as follows : 1. Handle servicing requirements for coolers, chillers, etc. in the UAE. 2. Co-ordinate with the service head and customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Actively ensure resolution of problems at customer site and give proactive feedback. The minimum candidate requirements are as follows : 1. Atleast 3-4 years experience in the relevant industry. 2. Diploma / ITI in refrigeration/airconditioning is preferred. 3. Candidates with other qualifications, but with relevant experience may also apply. 4. Extremely good communication skills. 5. Enthusiastic and energetic with a desire to be part of a fast growing, professional organization. 6. Strong customer oriented apporach. 7. UAE driving licence will be an advantage.
