Site Coordinator / Structural Cad Detailer • responsible for the review of Reinforcement Shop Drawings and verify Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) prior to Construction. • data entry in BBS software (PMS) for Rebar Requisition and Tonnage. • coordination of Deliveries for lacking steel bars and Drawings. • preparation of claims or Bill of Quantities (BOQ) done on the Construction. • responsible for the variation of claims due to changes on RFI / PMI done by the Design Consultant • responsible for the layout and preparation of designed Structural Reinforcement Shop Drawings of the Tower and Podium. • preparing and checking the Rebar Arrangement / Reinforcement and as well its Calculation / Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and Quantities. • checking and revising of wrong design/attributes according to SOM (Design Consultant) standards/Project Specifications. • responsible for quality control of drawings • coordination of detailed drawings to Construction Department
