General Manager - Talent Acquisition We are an international Group of companies focusing in the knowledge industry and having offices in San Francisco (USA), Bangalore (India) and Dubai (UAE) are looking for the following professional for its HR Consultancy division to meet the expansion needs in the Middle East region The GM-Talent Acquisition will be independently managing the talent Acquisition division of the group in the region and will be responsible to manage a team of Senior Consultants and Consultants. The position is responsible to achieve the business targets and manage business development in the region. The right candidate must have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in senior management position in HR/ Recruitment industry and should possess excellent team management capability and entrepreneurial skills. The right candidate should be able to run the business independently and must have sound track record. Salary and benefits will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
