SERVICE CENTRE MANAGER/SERVICE MANAGER

We are looking for Service Centre Managers for the biggest retail group of company..

EXP : 6 YO 10 YEARS

SAL : NEGOTIABLE AND OPEN

one should know all duties and responsibilities like...

•Should have through technical know how and competence for our product line

•Keep up-to-date with recent developments and technology related to the product line in order to keep up pace with modern technology.

•Should suggest and implement Qualitative measures to maintain the workshop standards

•Should be able to hand the customer service centre – right from planning the service center to managing the staff, databank for the customers and feedbacks.

•Should have know how regarding obtaining Municipality approvals for the appliances and work towards obtaining the same.

• Should be well versed in computers and should be able to generate regular reports as required by the Product Manager /Management.
