Training & Development Manager

Reporting into Head of Corporate Support
· To conduct training need analysis for employees across the Bank and prepare an annual training plan for each business.
· Deliver training on soft skills programmes such as communication skills, time management, customer services, negotiation skills etc.
· Conduct reviews based on business and staff objectives and prepare and develop Individual Development Plans to aid in the execution of career development and succession plans of targeted staff.
· Prepare and conduct the induction program for new recruits.
· Work closely with Emiratization Manager for the training needs of UAE Nationals and their career progression.
· To identify and set up training courses with approved training organizations and institutes locally and overseas and evaluate the post training effectiveness for technical programmes.
· To monitor and analyze the training budget ensuring that any expenditure is in line with the agreed budget and training needs.
· To work closely with department heads in the identification of ‘key’ resources and ensure that a balanced management process is in place.
· To work with the department heads to identify succession plans for critical area.

Qualification
Ø Master Degree in Human Resource.
Ø Certificates in Training.
Ø Exposure to Banking industry as Trainer is MUST.
