| Commercial Manager One of our clients a leading Kuwait based Construction Company with projects and offices in Kuwait, the Middle East and Africa are seeking highly qualified leaders for launching their branch in Abu Dhabi. Commercial Manager (CM) BSc in Quantity Surveying or other related area with a minimum of 15 years project civil engineering/commercial experience. Responsible for all commercial activities, financial and contractual aspects of contracts, quantity surveying, cost control, budgeting, contracts and claims preparation, submittal and negotiations. Candidates must have excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, organizational and computer skills. Ability to lead a team, resolve conflicts and perform under challenging situations. | |
