| Pre-Sales Support Engineer The Position As Pre-sales Engineer you will provide detailed technical support, assist the Sales Manager in giving technical presentation and product evaluations. For customer specific requirements, you will coordinate the activities among the development teams located in Asia and Europe. You will also lead and manage the implementation of solutions during the rollout phase, conduct training to customer personnel from time to time. You will need to work closely with the sales and product development teams. You will be responsible for customer base in the Middle East region. The Candidate You have a Degree in Electronics (Computer Engineering) or equivalent industry experience. Working experience in IT Security, Firewalls, and VPN is essential. A comprehensive understanding of PC internals, IP networks and security technologies is also pre-requisites for this career opportunity. Must be excellent in English language, written and spoken. Fluency in other languages is also an advantage. You are willing to travel within the region and have great passion about IT. | |
