| Financial Modeller - Dubai World class Free Zone Management Salary Package Up to US$ 60K (TAX FREE) Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates Our client, a pioneer in the development and operation of large commercially-operated Free Zones around the world, is currently seeking a Financial Modeller to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will act as a key resource for the Project Management Team throughout both the project feasibility phase and the bidding process (in both financial & non-financial aspects of the project). Responsibilities: • Preparation of financial structures and cost models, contributing to successful winning of bids and negotiation of contracts. • Prepare Inputs for financial models underlying the bid and variant bids and support the bid team preparing the bid presentation. • Review, monitor and report bid costs for ongoing projects • Prepare due diligence reports on potential acquisition projects. • Financial model optimization during the operating phase of a project. • Analyse market & value drivers of targeted projects and prepare reports as required. • Prepare business plans, presentations and other documents for sign-off • Assist with financial restructuring through effective business modelling • Develop standardised business tools, policies & procedures for Project Development on a global level. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field – MBA a plus • Minimum 5 years experience in building Financial Models • Strong MS Excel manipulation skills • Excellent ‘concept presentation’ skills with a keen eye for detail • Must possess strong analytical and planning skills • Excellent English communication is required If this is the job for you then please APPLY NOW online. | |
