Management Analyst


The objective of the Management Analyst is to support the Business Reporting team to effectively manage the Group's accounting and reporting function and ensure that the reporting function provides timely and effective support to the business.

Position Description includes (but is not limited to)

- Identify and prioritise financial tasks.
- Maintain data integrity checks.
- Ensure data integrity is maintained.
- Assist with/draft report writing.
- Develop and analyse management reports.
- Highlight issues.
- Review uploads into the system.
- Conduct basic financial report modelling.
- Assist project staff with budget preparation.
- Prepare and review of budgets.
- Assist with maintain future work pipeline.
- Identify and make recommendations to systems and procedures requiring improvements.
- Identify and notify breaches of data integrity checks and systems.
- Review per integrity controls.
- Communicate with project staff on account sets that fail integrity controls.
- Communicate with project staff in preparation and review of budgets.
- Work collaboratively as part of a flexible team.
- Liaise with Country Managers.
- Build solid relationships with client groups.
- Build relationships with wider finance team.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

The role requires the following skills and previous experience;

- Key competencies
- Degree in accounting plus an accounting qualification recognised by a major accounting body.
- At least 3 years established post-qualified experience in an accounting role.
- Experience with establishing and reviewing KPI's.
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Well developed and highly effective organisational skills.
- Strong accounting, business and administration skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and balance or prioritise several competing projects at the same time.
- Demonstrated people skills with a flexible and collaborative personal style.
- Experience in either audit or managing financial control.
- Experience with writing management and financial analysis reports within an accounting platform is preferred.
- Experience in dealing with multiple currencies within a global company preferred.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office - Excel and Word.
