| Finance Manager - Review & Evaluation of financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions. - Review of landlord accounts & reporting financial reports to the landlord / Property Manager - Vacating units on Final Settlement after all checks & balances - Reconciliations for landlord's bank accounts - Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments. - Submit monthly P&L flash reports and quarterly and half yearly detail reports - Preparation report for Monthly Income with Budgets & Variance thereof - Review of debtors list with Senior Property Manager & presentation to Top Management - Review of procedures which consumes lot of time and energy of the department for improvements - Proper and frequent usage of built-in special reports. - Provide suggestions for system improvements & developments - Training and mentoring of Administrators and data entry staff - Ensuring that sufficient approvals are obtained & that timely and accurate payments, transparency and ability to deal fairly and firmly - Assist the Director – Property Management in concerns related to Property, Finance, IT and administration management. - Resolving on queries on PM Dept. Accounting - Resolving on queries on Accounting for landlord | |
