| Executive Chef - Hotel chain Description Our client, a leading hospitality chain in the GCC, is urgently looking for an Executive Chef for their newly opened hotel in Dubai. The position will be reporting directly to the General Manager. The main Duties and Responsibilities of the Executive Chef will be: • To assist in the preopening of the property. • Create a versatile yet simple menu suitable for the operations. Specfication • Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Chef or 3 years experience as an Executive Sous Chef with a reputable international hotel chain. • In depth knowledge about the various cuisines offered in the Middle East. • Familiar with HACCP. • University graduate or graduate from a technical school. • Excellent spoken English. • Ability to communicate with the senior management. • Strong leadership skills. • Outgoing, meticulous, matured and an organized personality. • Strong initiator. • Age in between 32 - 35. • Currently a resident of UAE. Nice to have Skills: • Ability to communicate in Arabic Knowledge. • Experience within GCC. | |
