Office Manager for Executive Director’s Office – Abu Dhabi


Dreaming about managing an office of Executive Director Operations? Opportunity, in an organization with Global work culture as an Office Manager! If then, we invite you to Alfaraa Group, UAE.

Position requires be analyzing, organizing and implementing office operations and procedures. You will be responsible to ensure productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications and timely workflow. To represent the organization with clients as needed apart from secretarial jobs like drafting speech / vote of thanks/ a note of appreciation on behalf of the Directors. Being responsible for MIS reporting, you also will lead and coordinate the work of all office secretaries/ document controllers apart from updating, the meetings and the activities of the day.

Candidates with a good graduate degree in Arts/ Commerce/ Science and a post graduate degree in management with a pleasant and appealing personality will be preferred. Ideal candidate must have worked in a similar role &managing the office of the Executive Director/CEO, etc office with minimum of 10 years of experience. Candidate shall posses’ excellent communication in English with analytical skills & strong understanding on MS office suit.
