| Helpdesk Operative SatCom Distribution Middle East (global suppliers of satellite communication equipment): Have a single position available to work on our support desk team. The Helpdesk operation will be occasional relief work on 24 hour operational support to our network of global customers. The relief hours will be worked in shifts on a rota basis including nights and weekends when required. Full training will be provided on products and systems, though experience in a helpdesk/customer service/despatch environment would be advantageous. Full training will be provided in Dubai/RAK before moving to permanent position based in Ras Al Khaimah. | |
