| Planning Manager Planning Managers needed for several clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You should be qualified in Civil Engineering with a minimum experience of 3-4 years in planning with contractors or consultants, must have experience as a Planning Manager on prestigious and complex projects. The candidate should be well versed in developing, planning and implementing project programs. Knowledge in MS projects / Primavera 3 and 5 are essential.
