Job description: Receptionist for a company based in Sharjah, U.A.E.
Responsibilities:
Will keep records of visitors and phone calls for concern persons.
Will manage customers call, screens telephone inquiries, provides information, takes messages and forward them to concern department.
Ensure the efficient receipt and allocation of all incoming telephone calls to the Office.
Managing outgoing mails, taking messages/receiving faxes, receiving / dispatching the Letters
Courier transaction - (Receipt, Booking and Dispatch), advising colleagues about deliveries.
Candidate will correspond and arrange office documents, updating phone lists, data entry, scanning documents
Welcome, greets, direct guests and advises staff of arrivals.
Answer intercom promptly and identify the visitor before allowing access to the office.
To provide a professional, positive experience to all visitors, face to face and phone contact.
Ordering office stationery, keeping track of stock inventory and general ad-hoc administration duties
Organize any travel for the team within country

Eligibility
The candidate should have previous working experience in the same role.
Excellent correspondence and communication skills in English, both written as well as oral, with the ability to communicate at all levels
Filipino Female Candidate only preferred, graduated in any discipline with prior experience in similar position
Advance computer knowledge preferred, proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Internet
Candidate must have pleasing and friendly personality, Well mannered, self motivated team player who loves to be busy.
Detail oriented with enthusiastic personality, extreme professionalism, customer focus, multi-tasking, organization, confidentiality, ability to work under pressure.
Your positive attitude and your ability to consistently maintain high levels of enthusiasm will be an advantage for this position.
Self-managing, comfortable working in a team environment and enjoy a challenge.
Willingness to learn and grow in the organization.
Self - motivated having ability to use own initiative and ask for additional responsibility in quiet periods.
Highly organized with the ability to priorities workload.
Able to build and maintain relationships / credibility quickly and effectively.
Greet all visitors and staff in a polite, friendly and welcoming manner.
Responsive and helpful to all requests for assistance.
