| Spa Manager We are in search for several candidates with relevant work experience in high standard spa. Below will be the details of the requirement: -Must be 25 years and above -Must have at least 4 years work experience. -Related qualification from a recognised university -Excellent customer service skills -Competent in both Leadership & Pioneering qualities -Proficiency in computer skills and related softwares -High coaching, organisational skills -Extremely well groomed, presentable, dedicated team player and could work under stressful environment -Excellent communication skills in English (any additional language will be an advantage) Main Duties and Responsibilities: -To oversee, monitor, support and upgrade the daily operations -Should be able to manage all the aspects – Sales, Financials, Training and Recruitment -Comply with the Company and legal requirements for all the operational work -Monitor performance, assess team objectively | |
