| Fashion Designer The Candidates Responsibility Creating new ideas - Market surveys – Forecasting. Researching global trends and developing concepts. Analyzing and predicting trends; Develop concept mood boards / stories / collections /line sheets to present, developing tech / product detail sheets; Attractively manage product presentations (story boards, mood boards). Keep tracking the fashion trends, product development, fashion design. Analyze / create sketches using Photo shop / Illustrator/ Corel. Translate feasible design ideas into garmenting. Research fabric and accessories to be used for each collection. Develop Design Collection according to the customer expectations; Executing buyer's product development requirements. Will be giving colour direction, develop colour palette, research fabric trends and innovations for the season, working closely with the Buyer. Develops innovative product solutions. Oversee product execution including design, constructions and fit, working close with sample room/ Merchants; coordinate with all related departments. Come up with creative ideas in order to give the best possible apparel solution to our customers in terms of new designs, bringing back inspiration and recreation concepts by adapting existing and new technologies. Must pay detailed attention to Pattern, Trim, Fabric, Wash and Dry process finishing. The Candidates Eligibility Should have thorough understanding of Design Process and an ability to forecast trends. Ability to understand customer tastes. Be able to confidently demonstrate that you can create and deliver outstanding product design and aesthetics for the brand in line with the overall brand strategy. Able to handle apparel For Domestic and International Market. Should be able to analyze market / competitor trends for developing new designs. Ability to create unique designs. Creative nature and good colour schemes; Be passionate and enthusiastic for design. Good sense of aesthetics, creative and detail oriented; Understand aesthetics of finished products. Innovative design skills; ability to execute fashionable and creative designs. Strong fashion sense. Exceptional taste level and eye. Ability to understand colors, moods and seasons. Ability to monitor & forecast fashion trends. A creative and commercial understanding of the fashion market and high attention to detail. With strong sense of fashion trend, new materials, fabric and accessories. Should have good fabric knowledge, Fabric & Garment constructions. Familiar with design software such as Photo shop, Illustrator or Corel Draw. Proficiency in using PC for fashion graphic. Proficient in sketch and computer designing. Highly motivated with strong coordination skills preferred. Dedicated and responsible team player. Should be a go getter. Self discipline, hardworking, able to work independently & willing to work under pressure. Self - motivated, responsible, mature, creative . Strong sense of urgency and good at prioritizing Good creativity and interpersonal skills required Effective communication in English. Fresh graduate applicants are encouraged to apply. | |
