| Counter Staff (Waitress) To serve customers in the outlets following laid down procedures of service and hygiene. SCOPE OF DUTIES: 1. To observe the rules and regulations of the company. 2. To serve food and beverages to the customers in the outlets in a timely correct laid down manner. 3. To clear tables of dirty cutlery, crockery, glasses whenever necessary. 4. To present in the absence of a Steward/Captain the invoice to the customer. 5. Collect payment from the customer and hand it to the cashier on duty. 6. To prepare restaurant services mise en place. 7. To lay tables with cutlery and crockery. 8. To wipe crockery and polish glasses and cutlery after receipt from wash up area. 9. To keep empty restaurant tables clean and tidy at all times. 10. To look after company equipments and stores. 11. To comply with and practice the company’s established Hygiene Policy and Procedures. 12. To understand the overall intentions and direction of the company with regards to Quality, as formally expressed by senior management, through the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with the ISO 9002 International Standard. 13. To observe and enforce the company’s Rules and Regulations, and report any serious breaches of these rules to immediate superiors. 14. To carry out any other duties and tasks required by superiors. | |
