| F&B Supervisor SCOPE OF DUTIES: 1. To be aware of and to enforce the rules and regulations of the company. 2. To report any serious breaches of these rules and regulations to the Food and Beverage Superintendent. 3. To ensure through proper motivation, supervision and training that pre-determined standards of service and hygiene are maintained at all times. 4. To ensure that the correct image of the company is maintained at all times and that restaurant personnel remain properly attired, clean shaven, polite and courteous whenever on duty. 5. To handle customer comments both adverse and favourable from the outlets within his scope of authority and inform the Food and Beverage Superintendent. 6. To ensure that company equipment and stores are not misused. 7. To ensure that all documentation concerning his shift is completed in a correct, clear and concise manner. 8. To greet guests, seat them and ensure that pre-determined standards of service and attention are offered to them through proper supervision of the staff on duty. 9. To take the customers order and maximize sales to the customer through improved sales techniques when taking his order. 10. To delegate duties to the staff on his rostered shift according to the demands of the business. 11. To comply with and practice the company’s established Hygiene Policy and Procedures. | |
