| stills producer We are looking for an enthusiastic, can-do minded person to join our team in the position of stills producer. The job demands a person with the attributes and experience listed below and the responsibilities of the position include the following: Job Responsibilities pre-production and budgeting presenting to clients scheduling and negotiations with suppliers source the best crew for the job researching budgets liaise with location scouting and management liaise with model and talent agency sourcing wardrobe and props arranging catering, permit applications, crew bookings, equipment hire, accommodation reservations, transportation and airport transfers, visas and government permissions, studio hire, models and cast, freighting, mobile phone rentals, etc. helicopter and aerial shoots booking insurances – personal accident reconciliation production on shoots - smooth running of the shoot on set – keeping photographer aware of timings, overtime issues, arranging set up for unit, making sure that those that are paid to do their job can do it. Experience 2 years + preferred Worked either as a stills or agency producer. agency experience an advantage Skills/Personality Must speak English, Arabic preferred Independent worker with initiative, self-motivated Sales ability Highly organised and self motivated Calm under pressure, able to think ahead and always have a plan B! Confident, Friendly & honest Mature, patient and able to deal with different personalities Number literate Computer skills Strong Administration Skills Versatile & multi tasking abilities essential Flexible with working hours - production is full on! Driving licence - willing to drive to co-ordinate productions in other emirates within UAE Sense of humour a must! Great at maintaining and building relationships, Excellent communications and people skills – interested in people Must be organized, efficient Bareface is looking for someone who wants a career and to be part of a growing company working in a competitive industry for at least the next 3 - 5 years | |
