| QUANTITY SURVEYOR / CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR - SWIMMING POOLS * DUBAI BASED * LEADING UAE COMPANY * EXCITING CHALLENGE - GREAT CAREER OPPORTUNITY Our Client is one of the leading providers of the finest, most modern, and innovative swimming pools in the UAE. Knowing the swimming pool industry inside out, our Client's British-led team are committed to customer satisfaction. Our Client urgently seeks a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR ( QS ) / CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree. * Construction related experience in the UAE. * Contracts administration and claims processing experience. * Possess the ability to work to deadlines. * Self confident in order to deal with clients and consultants. * Smart and proactive to implement new procedures / processes to improve contracts administration cycle. * Strong negotiation and organisational skills. * Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. * UAE driving license. * If currently employed within the UAE, and outside of a Free Zone, you must be able to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your existing employer.
