Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares and sends memos and correspondence to clients, consultants, and inter-office departments.
• Receives, logs in, and distributes incoming documents, and ensures proper circulation of documents and correspondence to other departments.
• Handling incoming & outgoing mail.
• Makes and receives telephone calls and faxes, and takes messages for General Manager.
• Schedules appointments for General Manager with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Carries out clerical tasks including making photocopies and binding documents when required.
• Creates databases, files and maintains General Manager’s & projects documents.
• Dealing with confidential documents and contracts.
• Receives, prints out, and replies to the General Manager’s emails.
• Coordinates with Receptionist for receipt of .
• Coordinates with the Document Officer for distribution of documents and correspondences.
• Maintains stationary stocks.
• Any other tasks as requested by the manager.

Skills
• Good communication skills, good reporting skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Self-correspondence and secretarial skills.
• Can work well with pressure.
• Languages: Read, write, and speak English, (Arabic Preferable).
• Excellent computer skills: MS Office.
