SALES MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Achieve allocated sales targets and targets for specific service offering and/or specific campaign.
• Qualify and close customer sales in the assigned accounts and leads.
• Ensure understanding of business and procurement processes of the prospective customer to determine the short-term, and long-term, potential for a relationship with the company.
• Ensure understanding of the company products and service.
• Develop and present the company value proposition in line with potential customer
• Negotiate engagement model with the customer according to the company agreements available.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and reference ability in all interactions.
• Monitor supplier market place activity.
• Manage accurate and timely market information related to opportunities, competition &changing trends.
• Provide relevant customer requirements/service expectations related information.
• Help build a positive brand identity for the company and further its reputation by reinforcing key messages and success stories.
• Will be responsible for identifying, setting up and managing the dealer sales network in the UAE market.

Skills
 Strong written, verbal and communication skills and presentation building.
 Fluency in Arabic language and English is required
 Must come from an engineering background, with a strong commercial aptitude.
 Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to do quality work under tight deadlines.
 Resourceful and confident under pressure.
 Managing customer expectations Skills.
 Basic understanding of global E-commerce practices.
 UAE driving license is essential
