| Assistant Vice President(UAE National) Assist the Vice President to develop Metals (Steel sector) BU in line with strategic business plans established for the team. Stand in for the Vice President when the Vice President is absent. • Lead projects through different stages of development: o Seeking out potential partners for a project o Engage in dialogue and assess their interest level, strengths, weaknesses and shortlist o Work with the shortlisted partners to shape the project scope and take it through MoU to Joint Venture Agreement • Manage external resources such as consultants, advisors • Interact with internal resources such as analysts, technical experts and other members within the Metals Team as well as cross-functional teams in COMPANY such as finance, marketing etc | |
