Position: Admin Manager
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Reporting directly to Admin & HR Director
Minimum 8-10 yrs. experience in Administration dept., and minimum 3yrs experience as Admin Manager in UAE.
Exposure to matters related to administration, travel/hotel bookings, medical insurance, maintaining employee/personal files works related to HR department.
To perform a wide variety of administrative and program support activities.
Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with different departments, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required.
To coordinate the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the organization, as appropriate, to include maintenance, inventory management, logistics, security, and related activities.
Handle correspondence, diaries and general administration.
Ability to assist & continue developing work and a drive to work under pressure.
Able to manage a team of 5-7 members.
Exceptional Verbal & Written Communication Skills required
Should be well-versed with Computers.
Nationality – preferably male Lebanese, Europeans, Indians
Position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
