| Telecom Management Consultants / Corporate Finance / Private Equity Specialists Our client is a combined management advisory, private equity and corporate finance firm specialized in Telecoms, Media and Technology (TMT) industries in high growth markets. The headquarters are in Dubai from where they serve the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia regions. Our client value proposition to attract intellectual capital is the opportunity to join a TMT strategy consulting firm in early stage of development with a premier client base in the Middle East and Africa plus a private equity and corporate finance arm operating in a region of unprecedented opportunities and growth. Their advisory practice counts around 80+ professionals, most coming from previous blue chip strategy houses with degrees from top universities and MBAs around the world. They are stewards to clients on the issues that are more relevant on their agendas. Their Private Equity and Corporate Finance arm manages a $XXXM telecom fund focused in the MENA region. This fund reaps the unique synergies with the advisory practice (as true industry investors), while at the same time offers a unique integrated career path with private equity / advisory services exposure to our team. In order to fuel its continuous growth, they are actively looking to recruit the best consultants on a global level. Functions: Involved in the three business lines in a combined career track (Advisory, Private Equity, Corporate Finance), you will consult with clients to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients' strategic and operating success by developing insight, conducting independent analysis, and meeting with clients to assure assignment progress. Develop conclusions and recommendations, write reports, assist in client presentations and provide implementation assistance as required. - Illustrative project scopes are: - Strategy definition and execution - Evaluation and turn around of operations - Unleashing new sources of growth - IPO preparations and investment services - M&A / Business due diligence - Post merger integration Requirements: We invite candidates that match the following profile to apply: From 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in TMT in consulting, Private Equity, Corporate Finance or Telecom Operators, or top talented MBAs - Highly motivated to develop a career in Management Consulting and Private Equity or Banking and a passion for telecoms - Fluent in English. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, willing to add value, visualise opportunities, influence change, innovate whilst providing outstanding client service. s- A re-location to Dubai and a significant amount of travel (mostly within the Middle East and Africa) are an integral part of the job.
