| Director of HR This is an excellent opportunity to become member of the senior staff team in one of the most highly regarded hospitals in the Middle East. The hospital is continuing to expand and you could be a part of it. This is a highly esteemed role and as Director of Human Resources, you will report directly to the CEO and you will be a member of The Senior Management Team and The HR Committee. The Director of Human Resources will strategically lead the HR service with a team of professionals and take responsibility for all HR functions to support strong multinational workforce, providing advice and guidance to management and staff to achieve the business objectives. Your key deliverables would include: primary responsibility for JCIA; Performance Management systems; Reward and Incentive programs; Selection; Recruitment and Retention of staff; Personnel Policy and Procedures; Staff accommodation; Job Evaluation and Classification; Employment Contracts and Legal Compliance; Employee Relations; Benchmarking; HR operational and capital budgets. N.B. This is an opportunity to all nationalities including those from Western countries although a good knowledge of Middle Eastern customs is preferable.
