| Project Manager Landscaping Dubai Landscape Project Manager you will be responsible for the management of all grounds maintenance operations ensuring the units budgets, objectives and targets are achieved whilst satisfying the client's requirements. It is essential that the department operates in a legal, safe and environmentally sensitive way and provides a professional service to meet the clients requirements. You will also have the opportunity to utilise your ability to create effective relationships to develop and expand the business both internally and externally.Key day to day activities will include: Effective delivery of agreed business objectives, financial targets and full income recovery Effective performance as the lead contact with the client on all grounds maintenance and arboriculture The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of horticulture or arboriculture.Key attributes should also include: Effective Personnel Management Middle Management Contract Management Financial Management Partnership Philosophy Contract Documentation H&S Legislation Client Services Motivation Leadership Planning & organising Effective Communication (verbal/written) IT skills (Word/Excel/e-mail) You should be educated to degree level and have previous experience within a project management role. | |
