Sales Executive (UK/US/European) Worlds Second Largest Property Developer requires Sales Managers/Executives. UK/US/European) Handle sales of prestigious development to international high net-worth individuals. Respond efficiently to enquiries pertaining to project and company activities. Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets. Prepare proposals and quotations for potential clients. Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database. Assist in contract negotiations and conclusion. Participate in marketing efforts at trade shows, exhibitions and conferences. Conduct regular SWOT analysis. Pre-requisites: Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 5 years experience in real estate industry with at least 2 years experience in the U.A.E.
