| Chief Operating Officer (COO) One of our clients a leading Kuwait based Construction Company with projects and offices in Kuwait, the Middle East and Africa are seeking highly qualified leaders for launching their branch in Abu Dhabi - UAE. Chief Operating Officer (COO) The right candidate should have a proven track record in managing multi-million Dollars civil projects and will be responsible for directing the preparation of short term and long term plans and budget based on company objectives and growth targets. He will establish policies and procedures to ensure successful execution. Evaluate results of overall operations and report to management. Candidates must have excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, organizational and computer skills. Ability to lead a team, resolve conflicts and perform under challenging situations. | |
