Bakery Manager - Hypermarket - Abu Dhabi You will be directly responsible for the Sales, Food cost, Range of Bakery Products & for all Bakery functions of thsi Abu Dhabi Hypermarket's Bakery outlets including purchasing, sales, product display, promotion, marketing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of preparation, cost control and to maintain cordial relation with the management.  Male candidates, below 40 years of age who has worked in a similar capacity in UAE { Care four ,Lulu,Geant} for a minimum period of three years & combined experience in bakery for at least 5 to7 years, fluent in English & Arabic , computer literate with ability to persuade & influence others with strong communication skills in English, Knowledge of Bakery & Pastry with degree in bakery production.
