| Process Engineer International company: Functions: - Prepares Operations’ Budget for review and approval of the Production Manager and Operations Director. - Prepares Daily Production Report and Daily Stoppage Report. - Keeps records of all production data, tests and trials. - Prepares daily operational and stoppage maxi sheet. - Uploads to Grafoper daily. - Responsible for month end closing in Grafoper. - Prepares data sheet for month end closing and sends to Procurement, Controllership and the Regional Office. - Prepares procedures and documentation for ISO 9001. - Conducts Daily Operations Meeting. - Handles planning for departmental inventory and raw materials in coordination with Procurement. - Handles planning of material reception from port in coordination with Logistics Department. - Responsible for monthly measurement of raw material inventory and safekeeps these records. - Prepares monthly internal inventory control documents.
