Avionics Engineer (Westerns, Arabic prefered) Technical and product support primarily of Avionics related products in uae. Additionally will oversee all operations in the Middle East Region. Provide training to new recruits. Will also support any additional and new customers in products in area on management request. This position includes Technical support (troubleshooting) spares availability, technical documentation, and all related activities to comply with customer operations, co-ordination with airframers local representatives, SBUs and team members. Awaneress of business opportunities and keeping informed CAL’s and EMEA Leadership. Coordinate necessary actions to fix customer support issues. Highlight any business/customer satisfaction issues and opportunities. Position is based in UAE.
