| Business Analyst for UAE VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Technology Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore and India. VAM SYSTEMS currently looking for Business Analyst for one of our clients which is a leading bank in UAE with the following skill set and terms and conditions. Skill Set required: Skills - Graduate from a reputed university - Strong functional knowledge in Retail or Corporate Banking - Solid business analysis skills, including functional requirements gathering, gap analysis and related documentation - Solid knowledge of requirement documentation techniques - Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – and ability to make presentations. - Good understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design. - Understanding of Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client / server architectures - Experience in a software development environment a definite plus - Ability to work as a team. - Credit Card experience will be an added advantage. OUTLINE JOB DESCRIPTION: Function as a business representative for development and maintenance of IT applications for the Bank. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Interact with business groups to examine existing business processes, user requirements and improvement options - Analyze existing business models and design appropriate improved IT solution - Prepare detailed software requirement / gap analysis / change request documents for use by IT project teams - Review such documents with business groups and obtain their sign-off - Manage (edit, review and sign-off) software requirement documents for amendments resulting from clarifications, enhancement requests and software change requests - Provide clarification on software requirement related doubts/issues to IT project teams - Provide clarification on business related doubts and issues, to IT project teams - Take up business issues, where required, with relevant business groups and obtain clarifications - Ensure that business issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner - Coordinate meetings for IT project teams with business groups - Manage (schedule, arrange and supervise users) user acceptance testing and obtain/submit UAT sign-off - Prepare user manuals - Provide assistance in training of users on the new system Domain : Banking Experience Required : minimum 3yrs Terms and conditions: Joining time frame : 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks) The selected candidates shall be a direct employee of one of the leading banks in UAE. | |
