| VAN DRIVING SALESMAN TWO POSITIONS VACANT - URGENT MOBILE SALES POSITION - VEHICLE PROVIDED MARKET LEADER IN DETERGENTS, SOAPS, INDUSTRIAL CLEANING PRODUCTS UAE - Ref. AJM2010005 Our Client is a major manufacturer and distributer of high quality personal and homecare products. With a commitment to quality in manufacturing and service delivery, the products fall within five core categories: Liquids Aerosols Bar Soaps Detergent Powders Industrial Cleaning Powders. An opening now exists for VAN SALESMEN to conduct daily visits to all assigned outlets for the sole purpose of selling and merchandising products. KEY ACTIVITIES Responsible for direct sales according to assigned routes. Conduct daily visit withan assigned helper to all assigned outlets for the sole purpose of selling and merchandising products. Instruct helper to carry products to the assigned area as instructed by the customer. Ensure the assigned area route is adequately covered and conform to delivery schedule as set by the area supervisor. Conduct periodic mapping of assigned area, and inform the area supervisor of new establishments that have opened. Ensure that sales target is achieved in a timely manner. Communicate with the assigned area supervisor potential and actual problem that may affects sales on a daily basis. Deliver a daily report on the total sales activity to the assigned area supervisor. Ensure that credit customer accounts are settled on time. Ensure that the monthly statement of accountsare delivered on time to the customer. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA High school education. Valid UAE driver's license. Minimum 3 years' experience in field sales. Knowledge of roads and establishments in assigned area. Courteous behaviour when dealing with customers. Initiative in identifying new and potential customers. Ability to coordinate with driver delivery routes. Ability to achieve sales targets. Maximum 35 years of age.
