Spa Attendant Our clients in the hotel/ Spa industry is searching for Female/ Male Spa Attendants. Candidates must possess the following qualifications: -Must be between 20-35 years old -Excellent customer service. -Good communication skills and knowledge of any other language will be an advantage. -Presentable, dedicated, willing to learn, flexible and could work under stressful environment Main Duties and Responsibilities : -Ensure a high level of guest relations, services and communication by providing prompt and courteous service, anticipating guest needs and establishing rapport with guests. -Satisfy guest requests for information by displaying an extensive knowledge of the Spa facilities. -Inform guests of the activities and promos available in the Spa -Making sure that grooming, general appearance of uniform sets, personal hygiene is up to the Spa standards -Ensure cleanliness is well maintained al the time Interested candidates may send their resume through email.
