| Call center agent A leading Property Developers company in Dubai is seeking to recruit temporary call center agents for its call center division. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1- Answer phones and respond to customer requests 2- Provide customers with product and service information 3- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues 4- Complete call logs and reports 5- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls 6- Good communication skills, pleasant manner, approaschable and can remain calm under pressure 7- Must conversate in English and Arabic and knowledge of additional languages would be an added advantage 8- Candidates based in Dubai will be preferred and ladies on fathers and husbands visa may apply | |
