| Head of Sales General Purpose To lead & drive the overall LSU sales revenue, profitability & market share objectives as per the business plan for Devices & Solutions Main Responsibility Areas • To manage & take overall LSU responsibility for the end to end sales for devices & solutions throughout the channel / distribution &operator networks.(i.e. Sell-in , Sell-thru , Sell-out ) • To lead and coach the Sales team in successfully making the transition to manage both Devices & Soln businesses by implementation new ways of working within the sales team • Represent Sales in cross functional alignment on all business related operational issues • To ensure that all Sales operational 7 executional frameworks are deployed & implemented appropriately across channels and customers. | |
