| Assistant Manager(Arabic)-Contact Centre/Call Centre Our MNC Consumer Electronics Client looking for Arabic Contact Centre Assistant Manager- "- Assist in managing the day-to-day operation with the contact center. - Manage change within the contact center operations (Inbound, Outbound, and Back office) - Examine call volumes and staffing levels to ensure efficient call center operations. - Prepare contact center performance report on daily, weekly and monthly basis" "- Male, female - Arabic speaking, French would be an advantage - Technically savvy - Can work with minimum supervision - Preferably graduate with any Technical - related degree - Excellent skills in excel and powerpoint * This is an urgent requirement." | |
